Ascero AI is a two-person operation by design. You will not be handed to an account manager, a customer-success rep, or a junior consultant. Every call, every Slack message, every deployment is Kadin or Jaiden. The founders are the agency.

We will not pretend to be a 30-person team. Every page on this site is built and shipped by the two of us.

AI deployments do not need a six-month consulting engagement. They need a clear scope, working defaults, and someone who has shipped this exact thing before. Hull deployments answer their first call inside 48 hours. The full Reception → Workflow → Command loop is wired in two weeks.

I will not sell you a 6-month implementation that should take two weeks.

If the AI receptionist has not booked the agreed-upon number of qualified jobs in the first 30 days, you get the setup fee back and the engagement ends. No clawback, no exit interview, no awkward email. The risk lives on our side, not yours.

We will not lock you into 12 months to make our pipeline look better.

Most agency communication is performative — status meetings, weekly check-ins, slide decks about slides. We work async by default. You get a private Slack channel, a written weekly update every Friday, and a guaranteed sub-2-hour Slack reply during business hours. With two founders splitting the on-call window, somebody is always reachable. We meet live when the work demands it, not on a calendar cadence.

Ascero AI sells to owner-operators of small businesses, not to enterprise procurement. If a deal requires 8 stakeholders, a vendor questionnaire, and a 90-day legal review, we will refer you to someone better suited. We optimize for the SMB owner who decides on Tuesday and goes live by Friday.

We will not chase enterprise deals that require an account team to win.

Every call recording, transcript, lead record, and dashboard view is yours. You can export the full data set as CSV or JSON at any time, and you can delete it on 30-day notice. None of it is used to train AI models, repackaged for resale, or sold to third parties. The contract spells this out.

If the AI receptionist captures 4 more booked jobs a week at a $400 average ticket, that's $83K in annualized recovered revenue. If the workflow stack saves 12 hours of admin per week at a $35/hr loaded cost, that's $21K. We will show you the math on the first call, in writing, with the assumptions named. If the math doesn't work, we will tell you and decline the engagement.

Ascero AI rides Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and NVIDIA inference. Same model stack the Fortune 500 deploys. The only difference is the wrapper — we built it for a 5-person business, not a 500-person enterprise. You get the capability without the consulting overhead.

Every project teardown, every model swap, every dumb mistake gets written up at /blog. Other operators see how we work before they pay us. That's the trade: free knowledge in exchange for trust. If the public log goes silent for more than 30 days, that's a real signal — call us out on it.
